Poster presentation at OHBM 2025 in Brisbane, Australia. Investigating how brain network complexity changes throughout human development and aging.

UNet Ensemble Learning
Segmented lung tumors in MRI (Medical Segmentation Decathlon) using 3D U-Net ensemble learning. Focused on hyperparameter optimization, data augmentation, and ensembling. Achieved 93% in Adv. ML course.

Multi-Modal Phenotyping for Tuberculous Meningitis
Developed multi-modal models to phenotype brain lesions in TBM/HIV patients and predict clinical outcomes.

Surgical Path Planning with Robotic Operating System (ROS)
Used ROS for surgical path planning: compute trajectory avoiding critical structures, minimize target distance, and move robot arm.

Predicting gestational age at scan and birth for neonates from the developing Human Connectome Project
Predicted neonatal gestational age (scan/birth) using dHCP data with a pre-activation ResNet. Integrated confounds, used data augmentation, weighted sampling, and early stopping.

Classification of prematurity using structural connectivity using PCA
Predicted neonatal prematurity using brain connectivity matrices. Improved logistic regression sensitivity by adjusting class weights. PCA visualization showed clear term/preterm separation.
